How to reduce rolling shutter

Postby bluesgeek on Sun Sep 21, 2008 3:39 pm

I just came back with my first footage using the RNG35 with small camera achromat on an HV30. I was shooting static shots of flowers, grasses, and evergreens in a slight breeze, medium to close-up with a 50 1.4 Takumar. I was set to 30p 60pfs. And I was getting some shutter roll, quite dramatic at times.

Any thoughts as to how to minimize this?

Was it pretty jello-ey at times? Email RNG directly if you want.
