Packaging of item

Thanks to our customers, the RNG35 has evolved from a plastic plumbing tube static adapter, to a fully professional vibrating adapter in less than a year.

We would love to hear your feedback. Please post any suggestions you might have that would make the RNG35 better. If you would like to see some kind of new functionality or accessory added to the RNG35 adapter, we would also like to know what "you" want as a customer. We will listen and strive to make the RNG35 even better than it already is.

Packaging of item

I'm really sad for having to write a post like this.
I was really shocked to see that my rng35 has been shipped without any lens covers or protectors and just wrapped in plastic and put in a box.
I found this really disappointing and unprofessional, considering that I just bought almost $700 dollars worth of equipment.
what does lens cap cost? a cheap lens pouch? just something to protect the investment... just include it in the price, I'm sure people would understand the price increase...

I think this company needs to invest a little bit more into presenting themselves, and caring a little more about the delivery of the product...

to the next clients:

please require that your adapter is sent at least with lens caps!

Are Pelican cases no longer included? That's too bad.

Actually when I made the purchase the pelican case was still advertised on the website...
Imagin the surprise of receiving a small package all beaten, with the item packed poorly in plastic bubble wrap with no lens caps whatsoever...

We put the price down on the adapter and got rid of the case. We plan to post it separately in case people do still want the case with the adapter. I assure you we still pack the adapter very well.

well Tracey,
I wasn't given the option about the pelican, and mainly my main disappointment was the missing of the lens caps...
so please either include them on the next shipment or at least notify the buyers that their item will be sent with no lens protections.

the adapter is great and I think to include the lens caps would just add value to your company.

Thanks

Matteo
