Hey... i have a few questions...
1) do your adapter works on a hvx200???...
2) does the adapter generate a hotspot in the pictures center?
3) i'm from mexico... how can i get your product???.... and... how much does it cost the shipment?

Thanks...

Yes the RNG35 will work nicely on the HVX200. If you use fast lenses like a 50mm f1.8 or 85mm f1.8 then you won't get a hotspot with the HVX200. We ship outside the US for $39.97 and inside for $19.97

Here is the purchase page:

If you want to put the money into it, Cinevate's flipping device is very nice and light efficient. If you want to stay cheaper, then an inexpensive external monitor like a dvd player would at least work to allow you to frame correctly.

For more control, I would recommend getting a monitor to handle the flip for you since a flip module just adds more glass between the lens and the sensor which means lower image quality and loss of light. Even half a stop of light can mean the difference between a great shot and a poorly exposed one.

And then there's light meters...but that's a discussion for another time. :-D

I have just ordered a Cinevate flip so we'll see how it goes.

I agree with Evermail but one thing I do is shoot weddings so I don't want to have massive gear and its all one take so for those reasons a flip will be more practical oh and also same day edits I don't want to have to extend my rendering time any more with putting a flip-flop filter on all the shots so that's another reason, but if I was shooting a pre-planed shoot where shots can be locked down and lit then I would not use a flip but a monitor.
