Sometimes the 3.1 doesn't vibrate

Thanks to our customers, the RNG35 has evolved from a plastic plumbing tube static adapter, to a fully professional vibrating adapter in less than a year.

We would love to hear your feedback. Please post any suggestions you might have that would make the RNG35 better. If you would like to see some kind of new functionality or accessory added to the RNG35 adapter, we would also like to know what "you" want as a customer. We will listen and strive to make the RNG35 even better than it already is.

Sometimes the 3.1 doesn't vibrate

...at least mine, anyway.

While shooting with fresh, non-chargeable batteries, I've noticed that the ground glass doesn't vibrate sometimes. I feel the motor running, but no vibration. Then...for no reason it seems to work again. Am I doing something wrong?

I have been having the same issue with my v2. I am not sure if it is a lose connection or a placement issue of the motor. Could the Motor be "floating" free of the glass sometimes?

My V3 used to do the same, I found that if I just tapped the side of the unit it would kick in every time :)

It’s a known problem with the vibrating motors. The V3.1 seems to be better than the other versions but still not perfect. I have better luck with alkalines than rechargables because of the voltage difference, but I still use rechargables for convenience/cost.
If it doesn't turn on when you flip the switch give it a strong tap to shake the ground glass and it should start right up

My "love taps" have been known to end wars...but I'll give it a go. :-) Thanks, all!

Hi~

I have the same problem, not vibrating GG. :(

And I need the emergency alkalin battery pack, when the power of rechargables is exhausted.
How many 1.5V alkalines do I prepare for the suitable voltage?

Thanks, Tracey... :D / I need your help. / Please let me know the way to use alkalines. Or if you sell a special battery pack, I'd like to see its photo and know the price.

Sometimes the love taps work, sometimes they don't.

dear Tracey :D

I have decided to make the emergency battery pack, with AA 3ea holder, 5.5 pie adapter jack.
Which one is suitable for RNG35 V3 between alkalines(1.5V) and rechargables(1.2V)?

Use 1.5v as the rechargeable type may not have enough power.
