"COLLISION" / Stills+Video

I'm excited about seeing this conference in LA at the end of next month.

I've known Michael Britt for over 20 years now, first as a friend and ace photography assistant in Big Dallas, TX and now after his move to Hollywood many years ago to become a writer/lecturer for Adobe and the man behind ImageMechanics.com.

So cool how this "collision" between film and video is starting to take shape and so much more to learn.

I made a film 30 years ago with a Bolex, 16mm, showed at the usual film festivals,
but became a pro still photographer. Time to look back and ahead of what "moving images' are bringing to the table. Ahhhhhh.....it's a wonderful and creative world.
